I had an issue and wasn’t able to open my slide. I had food trapped in my fridge and cabinets that I could not retrieve while the slide was not functioning properly. Jon was able to diagnose the issue right away and get the slide to open for me to remove the food. Cameron the service advisor ordered the new parts to repair the slide and I will return for the repair when they receive the parts. I couldn’t have asked for anything else.
