Rachel and Jon are truly “rockstars” of the RV service industry! Their service and attention to customer requests are beyond expectations. Glenn made a recent service very nice. He explained things well and was very detailed in setting up a weight distribution hitch on a new tow vehicle.

Glenn, the tech, was outstanding, fully explaining the work he had done on my trailer. The whole staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

I had an issue and wasn’t able to open my slide. I had food trapped in my fridge and cabinets that I could not retrieve while the slide was not functioning properly. Jon was able to diagnose the issue right away and get the slide to open for me to remove the food. Cameron the service advisor ordered the new parts to repair the slide and I will return for the repair when they receive the parts. I couldn’t have asked for anything else.

Very kind and courteous. Pulled my RV in as soon as I checked in. They honored the previous promise to guarantee their work and they are true to their word.

OMG, what a wonderful place! Full service: shelter from weather, service garage, access to propane on site, air for tires, car-wash spot, you name it. We are so lucky we found them.

This place is incredible! Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. We were about to leave on a trip when we had a small camper miss-hap and they kindly got us in the next morning so we didn’t have to skip our trip. We are so thankful for this place!
